We took the Zappos Running Instagram from a generic shoe salesman to a runner-obsessed brand that’s the go-to source for running motivation and gear. Images are king on Instagram, so we use our voice to further establish our place with an approachable tone that celebrates runners of all kinds. With out sights set high, we gained over 30k followers on social in less than 6 months, and build a brand with storytelling content that fed our running communities hunger.
